B3D renovated my small apartment in Leiden, which I purchased in rather bad conditions. All my wishes were taken into account with the project. My budget/expenditure expectations were understood and met by having open and honest meetings at project initiation. I have been collaborating with B3D Architectuur for several years as a building contractor. We work together very well, from the first concept design until the completion of the construction site. The architects of B3D prepare accurate working drawings and follow the various steps of the construction sites in an organized way in order to minimize delays. We have a good synergy and our common problem-solving approach leads us to find the best solution to technical issues without forgetting the aesthetics.

B3D and, in particular, Selene did a great job during the planning phase of the renovation of the ground floor of our house. She has listened and understood our needs and managed to make our wishes come true. Definitely a great support!
