An office has to offer a welcoming atmosphere where employees can be productive and enjoy a relaxing moment as well. This is possible if the space is designed around the people’s needs, finding out-of-the-box solutions to meet the common requirements. The renovation for Pasman office is based on this goal: three floors with big open spaces interspersed with glass boxes for private working areas, lounges for a coffee break, moss walls, wooden sticks decorations, wooden floor combined with soft carpet, colors from the green palette to give an accent to the project. A unique new design to characterize the image of a dynamic company.

Vacancies

Due to the growth of beautiful projects, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague, an architectural draftsman. Someone who can support and relieve the work of the four current architects in all phases of the process.

We are looking for an architectural draftsman with:

  • an architectural background
  • knowledge of the Building Decree
  • experience working with AutoCAD, Revit is a plus, Sketchup, Adobe Suite
  • a good command of the Dutch language in word and writing
  • a good command of the English language
  • good communication skills
  • flexible attitude
  • structure
  • out of the box – ideas
 

Salary is in accordance with the collective agreement and depends on age and experience.
The number of hours can be determined in consultation.

Internship

We invite candidates currently studying architecture, interior design or lighting design at university level to apply as intern. We also welcome recent graduates participating in the Erasmus + Traineeship program.

Requirements:

  • Excellent design and CAD skills
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • 3D rendering skills (Sketchup, Revit is a plus)
  • Able to work in an international team
  • Written evidence of enrollment in a university or academy or
  • Written evidence of participation in the Erasmus+ Traineeship program
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
