What we offer :

We love to design spaces around the people. Whether you are moving into a new home or you want to renovate an office building, we are happy to help our clients create a project that reflects their personality and taste. B3D is in fact specialized in: 

Interior design (complete project)

complete interior design projects in several fields: residential, retail, horeca, hospitality, offices, both for private and business clients

Interior design (one room)

interior design projects on a smaller scale, focused on one room: kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and so on

Customized
furniture

specific projects for tailor-made solutions in terms of furniture, following the process from the concept to the realization

3D visuals for selling purposes

3D visuals for external parties (for instance, real estate agencies): photorealistic renders of a property, building or residence for selling purposes

How we work :

We want to provide our clients with all the drawings and documents they need for their interior project. Therefore we proceed with a first free interview without obligation to understand the wishes and then we develop a quote that may include some or all of the following points:

2D preliminary design

floor plans, sections, elevations to explain the concept project

Moodboard

an inspiration collage of images and descriptive words to show the style, the atmosphere, the choice of materials, the color palettes and the pieces of furniture that meet the clients’ wishes

2D working drawings

construction drawings (floor plans, sections, elevation, details) for the building site and for the tailor-made pieces of furniture, with a focus on the materials used

3D design and renders

photorealistic images of the interior, including furniture and lighting, to help the clients visualize the space

Work supervision

both on site, with frequent inspections to follow the construction phase and the resolution of problems that may occur during the process, and in the back-office, with the coordination of the contractor, furniture maker, suppliers and installers, the request and comparison of estimates, the assistance to clients in the choice of materials and furnishings

Of course, during the process there will be time for further meetings to discuss the progress and finalize the design according to the clients’ requirements.

Finally, as general note, we work in collaboration with several furniture makers, showrooms and suppliers, therefore we can guide our clients in the choice and purchase of colors and materials (tiles, fabric, wall papers, floor finishes), sanitary items, kitchen, standard and custom-made furniture. We offer this service by contacting our partners, asking for samples and quotes, going to showrooms with our clients to see what the possibilities are in reality.

Interior design packages

Sometimes our clients do not need a complete project from concept to implementation, but only some indications to improve their house or work space with small adjustments such as changing colors on the walls, adding a carpet and some accessories, replacing the bathroom tiles, and so on.  

Therefore, as an alternative to a complete interior design project we also offer some advice packages for interior design and style, tailor-made for every need. Our packages may include some or all the following points:

  • color and material advice for floors, walls and curtains
  • 2D floor plan with furniture
  • advice for new furniture
  • on-site consultancy

Vacancies

Due to the growth of beautiful projects, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague, an architectural draftsman. Someone who can support and relieve the work of the four current architects in all phases of the process.

We are looking for an architectural draftsman with:

  • an architectural background
  • knowledge of the Building Decree
  • experience working with AutoCAD, Revit is a plus, Sketchup, Adobe Suite
  • a good command of the Dutch language in word and writing
  • a good command of the English language
  • good communication skills
  • flexible attitude
  • structure
  • out of the box – ideas
 

Salary is in accordance with the collective agreement and depends on age and experience.
The number of hours can be determined in consultation.

Internship

We invite candidates currently studying architecture, interior design or lighting design at university level to apply as intern. We also welcome recent graduates participating in the Erasmus + Traineeship program.

Requirements:

  • Excellent design and CAD skills
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • 3D rendering skills (Sketchup, Revit is a plus)
  • Able to work in an international team
  • Written evidence of enrollment in a university or academy or
  • Written evidence of participation in the Erasmus+ Traineeship program
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
