kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and so on

custom-made furniture:

specific projects for tailor-made solutions in the field of furniture, from concept to realization

3D visuals for external parties (e.g. real estate agencies)

photorealistic renders of a home, building or residence for sales purposes

How we work :

We want to provide our customers with all the drawings and documents they need for their interior design project. That’s why we start with an initial free introductory meeting to understand the wishes and then we prepare a quote that may include some or all of the points below :

2D preliminary design

floor plans, cross-sections, facades to explain the concept project

Mood board

a collage of inspiring images and descriptive words to show the style, atmosphere, choice of materials, color palettes and furnishings that meet the clients' needs

2D working drawings

construction drawings (plans, cross-sections, facades, details) for the construction site and for the custom-made furniture, with a focus on the materials used

3D design and renders

photorealistic images of the interior, including furniture and lighting, to help customers visualize the space

Work supervision

both on site, with regular inspections to monitor the construction phase and resolve problems that may arise during the process, and in the office, with the coordination of the contractor, furniture maker, suppliers and installers, requesting and comparing cost estimates, the helping customers with the choice of materials and furniture

During the process there is of course time for further meetings to discuss progress and finalize the design according to the wishes of the customers. Finally, we work in collaboration with various furniture makers, showrooms and suppliers, which is why we can guide our customers in the choice and purchase of colors and materials (tiles, fabrics, wallpaper, floor finishes), sanitary facilities, kitchen, standard and custom-made furniture . We offer this service by contacting our partners, requesting samples and quotes, and visiting showrooms with our customers to see what the possibilities are in practice.

Interior design packages

Sometimes our clients don’t need a complete project from concept to implementation, but just some pointers to improve their home or workspace with small adjustments such as changing colors on the walls, adding a carpet and some accessories, replacing the bathroom tiles , and so forth.

That’s why, as an alternative to a complete interior design project, we also offer interior design and style consultancy packages, tailor-made to suit every need. Our packages may include some or all of the following:

  • color and material advice for floors, walls and curtains
  • 2D floor plan with furniture
  • advice for new furniture
  • on-site consultancy

Vacancies

Due to the growth of beautiful projects, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague, an architectural draftsman. Someone who can support and relieve the work of the four current architects in all phases of the process.

We are looking for an architectural draftsman with:

  • an architectural background
  • knowledge of the Building Decree
  • experience working with AutoCAD, Revit is a plus, Sketchup, Adobe Suite
  • a good command of the Dutch language in word and writing
  • a good command of the English language
  • good communication skills
  • flexible attitude
  • structure
  • out of the box – ideas
 

Salary is in accordance with the collective agreement and depends on age and experience.
The number of hours can be determined in consultation.

Internship

We invite candidates who are currently studying architecture, interior design or lighting design at university level to apply as an intern. We also welcome recent graduates participating in the Erasmus+ internship program.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent design and CAD skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • 3D rendering skills (Sketchup, Revit is a plus)
  • Able to work in an international team
  • Written proof of enrollment at a university or academy or
  • Written proof of participation in the Erasmus+ internship program
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
